Work pressure is really huge because we are number one in finance sector in India, holidays are joke here , please don't come to work here if you are love to celebrate holidays with your family or friends! Target's are rocket here ! So you need to achieve it whatever happens 😁

... his emi employee saving and achive to company week target mean dead funding. When salary and incentive is creadit in our account after that in a week my whole incentive and half salary was going to dead fund and normal funding. I am suggest for everyone do not bajaj collection portfolio

Auto promotion policy.. as it's killing actual talent and giving undeserving salary to employees who are doing same work since last 10 years in same department. Ppl are more comfortable with let it go policy.
