Also they sell at a much higher price than than market rate. Next thing you know they will convert everything into subscription model. NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

...hey even do cost cutting from tissues, toilet papers, tea, coffee and cutleries. Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.
