There is no work life balance in Bajaj Finance specially in collection department as well as there is no office timings and herarcy .the people of bajaj finance don't use hierarchy and all .

Work pressure is really huge because we are number one in finance sector in India, holidays are joke here , please don't come to work here if you are love to celebrate holidays with your family or friends! Target's are rocket here ! So you need to achieve it whatever happens 😁
