Too much politics, poor increment, Favoritism, no carrer growth , no learning opportunity, nobody cares about your hard work, poor management, (lala Company), if anyone want to join this company lern and move out from here , don't give much time , it will just ruins your working carrer, you can forget what you had learned in past working experience, if i will tell i had nothing gained in my working knowledge , even whatever i learnet from my previous organisation, I forget it here, every department have big politicians,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company falsely advertise jobs and then put you to a telesales job with no help from company’s side you have to create your own leads and clients with weekly ultimatum of firing you.

...not supportive and stakeholder are also rigid in terms of hiring the candidate Salary hike is only 20-25% max. They ask to join the candidate wheres actually candidates are not interested. This is should be called a "DUKAN" not company. No washroom in the branches.

Colleagues, office working culture, employee treating ways are good, Fairly pay the salary on time.

I don't have any dislikes in bajaj..mostly everything is fine...sometimes only I missed the work-life balance
