...n future. Less opportunity and position in top management due to lean structure. Salary bands are getting changed at certain level no hike in basic pay. 6 day working and less paid off makes working hectic and low scope for work life balance

1. Top management is helpful and supportive. 2. Always supports in learning new things. 3. Enrich experienced collogues are always sharing knowledge and help whenever get stuck in some issue. 4. Provides various training and given opportunity to represent factory on national level competitions. 5. Compensation & benefits are good.

...from job...Job security is ur luck otherwise u hv to behave as per boss wish....salary part is divided into 2 terms that u know only after salary credit...total CTC includes fixed & variable...variable salary is 30-40% of ur ctc,which u never receive in ur career irrespective of ur work & sincerity... Don't spoil ur career by just considering Brand or Pune.... Comapny Neither provides transport facilty nor food..

*No hike *No appreciation *We have to work hard and managers take credit Totally irresponsible HRs they don't want to know anything about the employees happiness during tenure even they don't want meet any employees while leaving the company to take any feedback. *I waited for 1 month for my experience letter after taking many follow-ups. *I waited for more than two months for my PF amont after taking many follow ups neither I received it nor any reply from HRs *no growth *no extra curricular activities.

Nothing much to like. Everyone wish to resign from their duties due over pressure & dead targets. Food served is quite good as it is maintained by Sodexo.

...ign at any time without prior information or without satisfactory clarification. Heavy salary deduction happened across all level under market cap nomenclature. No one is satisfied with work life balance, have to stay almost 11-12 hours per day to complete target. Unionized cell members are another problem when you are working in production, they are too much aggressive & reluctant for any operation performance. Management never supports you in case of union issues & you are responsible for any issues in your shop
