No Promotion, no training, no skills, no appraisal, no good salary hike, only flat structure, Like as I can say not a single employee is happy over there. They can transfer your department whenever and as they like as per production need.

Good pay have been reduced for many employees Promotions should not be limited to employees who have completed higher education

It is a wrost company. Here diploma engineer salary is very low and after two year comapny cut the employment.

Everything, policy is wrost, job security is almost zero, after 10 year bajaj goes to a wrost company list, product improvement is zero.

1. Top management is helpful and supportive. 2. Always supports in learning new things. 3. Enrich experienced collogues are always sharing knowledge and help whenever get stuck in some issue. 4. Provides various training and given opportunity to represent factory on national level competitions. 5. Compensation & benefits are good.

...from job...Job security is ur luck otherwise u hv to behave as per boss wish....salary part is divided into 2 terms that u know only after salary credit...total CTC includes fixed & variable...variable salary is 30-40% of ur ctc,which u never receive in ur career irrespective of ur work & sincerity... Don't spoil ur career by just considering Brand or Pune.... Comapny Neither provides transport facilty nor food..

Everything is not good...both management & union is harassing managers...
