Most negative work environment possible. They heavy reduced salary of employees by 55% in july 2020 and not reverted back till date. What else review is there to say about this company.

...k into it. Every team member was trying to keep me back except the organisation. When you serve the organization for more than 10 years you deserve to get some compensation. But Bajaj didn't give you that.

*No hike *No appreciation *We have to work hard and managers take credit Totally irresponsible HRs they don't want to know anything about the employees happiness during tenure even they don't want meet any employees while leaving the company to take any feedback. *I waited for 1 month for my experience letter after taking many follow-ups. *I waited for more than two months for my PF amont after taking many follow ups neither I received it nor any reply from HRs *no growth *no extra curricular activities.
