Huge compensation disparity, unequal opportunities for growth. Flat hierarchy.

The work culture is good and the involvement of the MD himself to see the development of the project .

Dislikes

The compensation . Variation in the salary slab along with the variable pay compensation isn't justified , 10% of the total variable pay for an average rating . This should be revised .

Likes

Friendly managers. Communication in hindi. Light environment. OK compensation for mechanical engineers.

Dislikes

Poor performance rating system. No career growth. Slow or stagnated learning. Improper salary discloser at the time of joining.

On time salary, no attrition during difficult times.

Dislikes

though its good at an organization level but at operation level there is too much of biasness, manipulations, forcefulness, favoritism , humiliation and no recognitions.

Excellent company to work with. Good compensation, Good work culture . It is always Proud to say I work for Bajaj Auto. That is always respectfull Worklife balance depends on Superior.

Dislikes

Middle Management has no vision. And market knowledge. Field team has to teach and train them for meetings with superiors. Overall middle management is problem at Bajaj auto.
