... here, Poor HR policies, People sitting in HR never responds to your queries, 3. This company offers more salary but 30% is variable, they will cut/revise/reduce your salary if your performance is rated average/low(Rating process is done in unethical manner), 4 No skill development activities done for field personnel. People are kept in frontline even after service of more than 10 years (No growth). 5. people will get stuck in this company due to high salary. 6. Problem started from 2018 onwards when new functional heads joined and Company policies were changed/modified. 7. No work life balance.

Prior to 2017, company was having good growth opportunities and had good learning environment

Very bad HR policies.. no growth opputunities.. 1st company I have seen in my life which cuts salary after 14 years of experience citing studpid reasons.. can cut salary and benefits anytime without prior information.

Excellent company to work with. Good compensation, Good work culture . It is always Proud to say I work for Bajaj Auto. That is always respectfull Worklife balance depends on Superior.

Middle Management has no vision. And market knowledge. Field team has to teach and train them for meetings with superiors. Overall middle management is problem at Bajaj auto.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
