It is one of the most corrupt company for investors and policy holder.. don't work on on principal of almost good faith..One of worst hr barring few .

Nothing..In bajaj you only see "top management gives you words and big big promises but nothing will happend" ,managers not support their juniors. They only expect more from u and if u doing gud u will be appreciated only for that day.on next day u have to start with zero. In covid situation se faced more problems mentally we faced so much pressure and we worked from 9 to 11pm some time.. thr is no proper timing.. according to managers if u are doing work from home u not need to take break ... * Work culture is also not gud. * Company policies is just a policies for name.. if company want u terminate today they will find the way .but honestly for branding .. company policies is gud.

...gap , most of managers are just useless and they are just leech in Organization. Who only take salary from Organization and doing nothing and one day they just left when they full with thr stomach. But nothing will change just do your job and if u don't like than just leave for better opportunity.

...ement and culture. Team mates are supportive, and the management is transparent. Companies policies are good, appraisals are fair, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...w manager are treated the worst. Designation will not help you find another job. No increment or promotion unless you are from tier 1 college or your salary is above 30 lpa. Skill development is only provided for the person belonging to their community. Senior positions are occupied by Malyalam speaking community and hence increment and promotions are only for them. No outdoor trips as it's only applicable for senior positions. Junior employees don't stay more than 3 months in the company. Company culture is the worst across Bajaj companies. They treat employees in such a way that they should jump off their building and end their lives as they encourage their family members and friends in other companies to not hire their team members. Hence an employee is stuck for rest of their lives in the same place with the lowest salary.
