They're all fraud. At first they tell you that they'll give you fixed salary of 19k. For that you've to crack IRDAI exam , give them a business of 3L and four candidates. But after a completing it you'll eventually find out that there's nothing like fixed salary , they'll give you 7k if you give business of 50k minimum in a month and additional 12k if you give a business of 1L. FRAUDSTERS Mr. Parthajit Das (CRP) is one of the biggest liars anyone could face. Pls don't believe a single word what he says.

They just fooling around. It's a terget based job. You'll not get salary if can't fulfill their terget. Their minimum terget is 1.5Lakh/month. For IC they have to put 3lakhs in selfcode. Normally they will not clear anything to any candidate.

Nothing is there to tell nice about Bajaj .pls don't work here .They will give us fake promises about income and all and hide so many things and give you false expectations. Don't fall in their trap.

Worst company to work ever. I worked for 4 months in this company without any salary as promised in interview time. Full our waste of time and arrogant people least bothered whether we work or don't they don't they won't come to know unless they are mind is involved in making money for themselves.

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
