...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of two year which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

... insurance. It is my fate that I got good teacher and guide in this institution. And very good thing is that for an employee, the salary system . Proper and timely. I learn more here how to handle the worst situation.

Work culture and timing, no growth in carrier and there is no work-life balance..... I am not talking these things on higher level but I seen it in CSR, CSE level... And some seniors are very used to with their harsh language.

In Bajaj there is no upgrade in ur role and responsibilities and no one want to upgrade your. No extra skill learning activities done. As relevant work of ur role.
