IT IS SO SAD FOR ME TO KNOW THAT THE CULTURE IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY IS WORST. EMPLOYEE IS BEING JUDGED ON BASIS OF THEIR CASTE AND COMMUNITY. I HAD BEEN TREATED THE SAME WAY BUT WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SAME MY VOICE HAD BEEN PUSHED DOWN. NO SUCH ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAINST THE SENIOR. I BEGGED TO HR BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I HAD BEEN SO HARSSSAD DURING MY JOB. NO ONE HELPED ME. I CANNOT DESCRIBE THE WAY I HAD BEEN TREATED. IF COMPANY WANTS TO KNOW THE ACTUAL TRUTH. PLEASE CHECK THE CCTV CAMERA BETWEEN 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM FOR DATED: 10/09/2020. EVERYTHING WOULD BE CLEAR THAT HOW I HAD BEEN TREATED BY VP, BINNENDRA KUMAR BINIT. THAT WAS SO RUDE AND SHAMEFUL. AFTER THAT I HAD BEEN THREATENED THAT I WOULD BE THROW OUT FROM THE COMPANY AND THE SAME HAD BEEN DONE BY THE BUNCH OF PEOPLE. BUT I WILL NOT LET THE THINGS GO AS EASY AS THE PEOPLE THINKS. I WILL RAISE THIS CONCERN INTO COURT AND SOCIAL MEDIA SO THAT ATLEAST WORK CULTURE WOULD BECOME HEALTHIFY IN BAJAJ FOR OTHER.

... Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company is best fastest growing company in india. But the managers working culture is dengerous because the managers are Black mail with employees salary, one of my manager was directly telling that if I do business then only I get salary, And this is the company policy he was telling is it my dear company CEO, In business sales the tarcher is common but who will blame with employees salary. And check the trainers quality.

If you are doing at least one policy per month of min 5k then no one is going to fire you. Products of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance is good.

...manager on Sat and Sun. So there is no work no life no balance. Growth is none. No salary increments. Very very very low salary. Incentives earning is very much difficult. By any chance if you entered into the life insurance industry and especially into Agency channel then life worst. Extensive traveling across the city on your own expenses. Very hectic job
