...6 years there, every one was very much supportive. Great Top level management. Salary on time, Reimbursment on time All claim, mediclain on time, company support you if you face any problem in getting mediclaim amount.

In my 6 year career i got only 1 promotion . Even i was doing good work but i didnt got 2 nd promotion . This was the reason i left this org. HR was wrost there, HR was dead there. Some people in HR dept are really toxic ppl . They intensionally harass employees, gossiping about them, one married male HR make pregnent a sales support girl?? Also one female HR lady know as the SICO & TOXIC lady of HR dept harass & depressed many employees . Any one can earn money in India but this type of HR dept is a shame. One criminal Marketing person threatned me & made fun of my caste & religion but HR supported him & gave him clean chit even my RM told me that HR didnt support you .also my training head didnt support me that time. This was the culture there.

1. Retail Team has worst Culture Specially in Kolkata Zone. 2. No Work life balance. 3. Don't in Susanta Bose and Prakash Gupta's Team(if you don't want to Destroy your career) 4.terrible micro management culture. 5.Leave Managements are poor. 6.Zero Work life Balance. 7. Zero Job Security,they even issue PIP after Regisn. Bekar Management Policies, Retail Channel meh jana maat,Specially Channel like Growth Markets

Company environment, salary, also other department very supportive, friendly environment also all festival are celebrated there.

Hr not taking action against loyal or hardworking peoples when they was complaining against the exact issue.. they just ignore employees complaint because of management.

...y it's 6days a week and month end 7days a week now working hours sales timing 9.30am to 7/8pm then policy issuance it's goes upto 1am, then again next day area manager always talking about work on Sunday, if anyone take a leave manager will tell do existing work, then what is the meaning of leave I don't know, now come to the travel part 1/3 salary will goes on the travel, personal life will be destroyed after joining here work pressure like pressure cooker every day conference call after work and tempting your performance not up to the mark in short your family will leave you bcz of not giving family time
