Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. Managers do not value the individual's unique strengths at the time of increments.

Company environment, salary, also other department very supportive, friendly environment also all festival are celebrated there.

Hr not taking action against loyal or hardworking peoples when they was complaining against the exact issue.. they just ignore employees complaint because of management.

Very less salary is paid to high experience people and HR gives no value to old employees to motivate or reward old employees who have given their whole life to company.
