...hey said company faces the heavy loss and you thankful to us for giving you job.my 2 years appraisal pending and & they hire employees on higher salary . Last manager his name is dev Kaushik, he is totally a bull shit. He didn't give proper training to anybody and ask for quality work. Ceo is bigger Bull shit than manager. Manager threatened me and many employees, like spoil the career, don't get job anywhere, Hr knows every shit that happened here with employees.but she asked us to go to ceo directly, she just hold the position of HR, but didn't perform the hr responsibilities. No career here and no professional growth here & No job security. NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO JOIN HERE.

Work culture is good and people are so helpful and supportive. Company provides good package to the experience people but no annual bonus is there.

Cafeteria isn't good at all and due to small groups leave management is very poor.

No job security, If you have a honey tongue and a good licker only then you can save your job, No career growth and skill development.

Right now I'm working in BainXL,there colleague good and supportable. There is no proper trainer available just you sit with colleagues and learn that's it. Job security good.And career growth is good but stay long time. Much politics in team. They push down. All over is average all things. If you go there so learn GDS better in depth.i.e - Amadeus or Sabre
