Organization is very open to innovative and creativeness to communicate the people in rural areas for their income generion and sustainable livelihood.And am feeling good to got an opportunity to work with the people for their changing of lifestyle and motivating them towards change their way of thinking and proud to be a part for getting village developement is our India going to develop.organization gives the training for the new recruited as orientation/oreintation programme internally and also at BAIF head office at warje, Pune too. That helps to get the overall knowledge on what is BAIF and its vision mission and what for we work. By knowing these people will get inspired to work along with farmers by following gandhiji foot steps.

Dislikes

Organization is good to work but compensation is decent and growth is slow.Beyond this I would like to go out and see the what's happing in corporates and as an hunger want to build my career and future growth too.

For a beginner it's a good place to learn project implementation and management

Low salary with unexplained disparities Work burden because of understaff (field coordinators are the ones who suffer a lot) Biases and buttering culture No off on Saturdays Poor work allocation Sometimes pointless field visit (waste of time) for petty issues which can be sorted online

Absolute thief of an organisation, really unethical, salary cuts are common, no work life balance, six days a week, and with the minimal money they pay , they still have the audacity to make you feel like you've sold your soul to them

Good work experience and communication. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.... Poor company structure and senior staff

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
