Very bad experience in my work life...too much delay salary like 3-4 months..Malaria risk is very high, no proper timely treatment available there...worst food, Accomodation too bad with lot of mosquitoes and kadmal, this leads to heavy malaria.... In my opinion, owner need one personal staff, otherwise accountant needs to do his personal matters also...he behaved very badly..... company provides 3 month visa only, they not ready to renew after 3 month, but we forced to work there without visa illegal...if you are not wish to continue, they will ask huge amount from you . Work culture too bad

At the time of duty 8 hours, salary time 1 to 10 dates, medical facility and food to be done, to come to Duty, there is no local moral, any kind of local work, giving advanced salary by company for any casualty, you Casual work is going to go home, then go to the company providing tickets,

...xposure in recruitment and payroll. WFH facilities provided during pandemic. Bonus and Increment was given even during pandemic without any salary deduction.

Few improvement to be incorporated in payroll as less chances of error if software is used.

Teammates are good and supportive. Management will support you to learn entirely new profile in work life.

...hire staff and they don't care about them post that. Totally inexperienced HR. No annual salary increments, no annual appraisal policy. You have to beg for increment but they will give u petty. No hierarchy at all. Bosses expect you to do their all personal work. Even salaries are very less as compared industry. Management expect you to work in entirely new profile and they want results too quickly. If not they will harras u.

...tics and no response from management for your queries to welfare of employees. Main part after joining the salary will be on hold for 2 months and from 3rd month salary will be credited but also delayed. Don't believe HR words.
