The working environment made me lethargic and led me to loose interest in my field of interest as I was not allowed to do work related to my field of interest, instead I had to do other work. My interview was for job there for which they said that first they will keep me on a few months internship after which, I will be kept as an employ but after the internship they just told me a day before that don't come from tomorrow, without providing any relieving letter or internship completion letter. Apart from that, they did a fraud to me by not providing my 11 day internship stipend. All of their promises failed and I found not work as a microbiologist there. Also, there is a lot of corruption with no funding on maintenance or improvement, for example, they use second or third hand bottles to pack medicines which 100% fail qualitatively. They are just playing with human's lives. That was my first company and because of this terrible experience, I decided not to work in a company in future, and change my job type. I don't recommend to work in Baidyanath Ayurved Bhawan, Naini, Allahabad at all.
