The country is beautiful . The perks like house and car etc are an advantage. They have a fantastic brand presence.

Dislikes

There is no corporate culture and expats are very uncertain about their future. The management is pathetic and extremely selfish. Zero empathy for expat employees. No increments for the past few years. Arrogant local staff who can get away with anything.
