Work work work... Company run by lot of malayalis... So there is always politics in work place as well administration... They support only malayalis....

Dislikes

.. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.
