Work work work... Company run by lot of malayalis... So there is always politics in work place as well administration... They support only malayalis....

.. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary on time, vacation on time, emergency leave on any time, good accommodation and food, medical facilities, transportation facilities etc...

Still ticket is upto Mumbai or Delhi sector and extra coast will deduct from employees account.

I had a challenging experience working with Sohar FMMD. Having been moved across various sites as a replacement and then finally being told i were allocated to a permanent site, only to later be shifted again due to some internal conflicts, must had frustrated, especially after feeling that i had found a stable position where i could grow professionally. It’s disheartening when workplace dynamics—like a manager’s personal issues with colleagues—affect decisions that impact your career.
