...tion as per performance and experience span. Still some partiality exists there. We never got proper annual bonus there. There is no proper system of getting gratuity during separation from this concern.

Job security is best,its equivalent to a government company and have paid as on date salary of all staff exactly by 30 or 31st of every month.

Yearly performance assesment need to be taken up constructively and also skill development training including interactive sessions are required to be organised by HR team.

Its all about what u have ....if you are satisfied in that ....that type's.... Bec is better option....

If you are working there five year your salary almost same when you joined .but new ones getting more salary then us...no increment.

Team mates within the dept was excellent. The projects we handled was excellent and it was very helpful to improve our knowledge.

No coordination between the departments within the company. Four years no salary increments.
