Life balance is very good. Career growth is slow. Salary is less compare to other GCC Country. HR Dept is very very good and helpful.

For me initially work environment was very tough but after was become normal. Salary is less compare to other GCC Countries.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Some of the supplier company whose are working in bapco they are not providing the full payment of helper's , bapco providing them 180 bd (helper per month) but they are (supplier company) distributing them only 80 bd, this is unfair for them because they are working hard work in bapco petrolium. so am requesting to bapco management plz do something for the helpers.

I have learned a lot of experience,skills and knowledge while working in BAPCO.

Dislikes

I enjoy my current position, but one area that my present employer could improve is employee retention. We’ve had high turnover and I can feel the whole team’s mood dip when we receive an email that yet another person has left. Otherwise, it’s a great office environment and I’ve enjoyed all of the projects and work.

It's gud opportunity to work in BAPCO. Always I would like to work here as team with Bapco employees. I have learned and growth so many things in my Technician career and I will try to keep continue my best work attitude.
