Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

... because all are working at there respective levels. salary/appraisal- consolidated salary with 5% increment. travel- we are near to university, so no travel. politics- no politics learning - well learning atmosphere. having labs, class rooms with projectors,computer lab,central library, departmental library work environment- good innovation- students do many projects under the guidence of the faculty. work-life balance- no effect of one on other, means balanced.

The company behaviour is not good with their employees. Everyone do job for their future security but there is no job security. At this pandemic situation company didn't support their employees.

Work environment is average. Only suitable for those who have their own place in Shimla or Solan and either of the partner is in goverment organisation because there is long delay in salaries atleast 7 to 8 months.
