Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

As an employee at Baheri Media, I get a very comfortable and supportive work atmosphere. My colleagues are very talented and friendly. I get to work here peacefully. Learning has always been a plus point here. I learnt a lot here starting from the basics to the advance. It helped me grow personally. I also try my level best to keep up with the awesome work culture here. Yes, it is a workspace and all the employees should maintain a certain professionalism and all of us do that but we never miss out on having fun as well. It's like a pleasant and peaceful home with caring and cooperative family members. I really enjoy working here.
