Working at Bahar Infocons in fixed income corporate actions team was so enticing. Specially one needs to have enthusiasm towards financial services industry to be in FI India team catering the context of Indian corporate actions. Showing gratitude to Sunil sir & Satish more for believing in me so as to showcase my skillset even though I was an amateur. Work culture is phenomenal & events push up to adorn it. Great!! Had a great time.

There is no growth in the organization and the company is stuck at 200 employees since 20 years. If the company does not grow how are employees going to grow within the company. Team Leaders have got stuck in the same position since more than 15 years with no opportunity of becoming a Manager/ VP. They are frustrated because of this situation and grumble in private about their condition of not getting any promotions. Many individuals make fun of these TLs by saying that they have put fevicol on their chairs thereby making them look like a bunch of jokers. Backups/ Supervisors are eagerly awaiting when these TLs will leave the company and they will get their long due promotion. So there is immense pressure on these TLs to leave and make way for others. The owner is like a Lalaji sitting in his Lala company and does not have any vision or ambition to make the company grow. The future for senior employees in this company is very uncertain.

Nothing I like about company, company doesn't have its own chairman. Company runs on few people Mukesh Ambani,preeta kondoyor and some illegal peoples they bring new employees to there company they use them like worker works in factory and after 3 or 4 years they throw them outside the company. There is no scope of this company in future perspective most of the employees do job here they after leaving the job they enter in different field or sector as there is no scope of this field in future kindly don't join this company this will be your future destroying company kindly beware of this mafia and illegal people there is already so may complaints against this kind of people in local police station but there is no action taken on them don't join this company don't waste your time joining this company.

Politics of the company same people piyush chavda,mukeh Ambani,preeta kondoyor because of this people future of bahar employees is in danger.
