Allowing pal to work from, though the salary disbursement is less then half.

Attrition level is high. Due to Clovid many 150+employees have been terminated from job. Lack of trust and respect. Lack of clarity of work. Lot of partiality and favouritism..

Indian brand giving direct and indirect jobs to locals.

...r should have trust on Top management and should give them free hand to perform. Cash flow is too slow which affects salary and payments to its vendor.

Absolutely they are supporting through all the COVID-19 Lockdown to all employees.

Not on time the payment of salary that's I really dont like and also not giving full salary during the COVID-19 LOCKDOWN.

They are doing cost cutting, almost 100 employee are about to lost their job due to Covid-19 including me we have only 30 days and this timeline given by our company so we have bad phase over here.

Staff is good, management is average and you could not grow here also you could not develope yourself within company environment

Good Team Mates. As a team, there was a very good understanding however didnt really get along that well with the boss.

...rk we do, negative feedbacks for every work, whats app groups were too many.. 2. Incentives were not paid on time we were told that it would be quarterly and even after achieving targets the MD marks down as per her mood which is unfair to employees. 3.The incentives were paid only after we attend the camps if we dont attend and complete the targets the incentives are not paid. 4. Very unproffessional and unethical behaviour from the management.
