Job security is very good, Badve work culture not good same employee miss behave very bad her behaviors example to the all production employees an one of man who is the very bad person he was production manager... Company Management when the company Warner come to the work place then the company's all management other not........ Not bad company policies.......

Badve there is a lot politics and management doesn't address our issues. And our salary per month not to clear. We are not to manage on this salary a full month. This company our career growth is very very slow others not to grow up we are...

yearly appraisal not on time After appraisal all months correction not given After resignation monthly grading zero(zero allowance Huge salary cutting) ,however total tenure always A rating . How its possible only last month performance zero ,However on other side retention offers. Last year appraisal and salary correction not given after resignation (as late appraisal declared during notice period)
