I swear they don't deserve to be even humans. They don't care about how you work; what you work. All you have to special (VERY SPECIAL) to one particular senior and boom! increment all year. Don't come here, it's a hell.

A worst company.Only company will take advantage from employee but they didn't pay their salary on time.They pay after 3 months.And nonsense HR policy.No growth no skill development.Only you will get frustrated.

...site engineer ,Site incharge,all engineers , we don't get any leave in the week Monthly salary is not received on time, it gets delayed by 2-3 months.
