I have joined the company situated in guwahati before the lockdown for COVID 19 on the month March but right after lockdown they paid me only 3k for March month and fired me from the job without any prior information. They have removed me from their what's app group as well...

There's nothing to like, everything is very bad and no hike and no promotion.

RiTiMiS training part is very boring and very hectic for everyone. Daily basis training is on zoom is very disappointing as well as you are on holiday or leave, you will be attend the online training. That's the very bad and dissatisfaction way for employees.

Very poor state of thing. Poor product with very limited adoption . Just selling by making fool of people, Don't join if you intent to spend more than a few years

Only a few people are given much importance and top management does not bother to understand where the problem lies. Management blindly relies on what leaders and managers report. Lack of proper planning and strategy in the entire organisation. Believes in showoff business. Considers its employees as parasites.

Nothing. Its a company of a bunch of lairs, who, in the name of motivation, will make you believe in a bogus story of out of the World, and when you ask your basic rights, they will get a hurt burn and soon will kick you out. Work culture is like some people are eating and chatting all the time, while some are made to work till 3am in the morning.

Dislikes

... highly unprofessional companies, they dont even live up to their expectations. If they had promised to increase your salary after 3-6 months, when you go and ask then they will act like they were naive not that. They dont work per the policies of appointment letter and and can terminate at any point of time. They will even don't give you relieving and experience letter without making you run pillar to post.
