I joined Back Benchers Education in July 2022, and since then, it has been a wonderful experience for me. Being a content writer, what I find most attractive is that they value creative thinking, which is one of the most essential component for a writer. Besides this, in terms of the organisation's culture, after being here for almost a year, I can vouch for the positive, safe, and outstanding workplace culture that thrives here and the strong, healthy relationships that exist between the employers and employees. Not just this, the proper guidance that is provided helps me navigate through difficult tasks or writeups, especially during the peak hours of the season. Also, there is so much flexibility regarding hours, remote work, and adapting to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Hence, I can say it's a great organization to work at as it offers a room to reskill and upskill, which will undoubtedly help me grow and develop into a well-rounded professional!
