I don't think that I like any of the things over there.

Dislikes

...willake you would there till 3 O clock and for just saying there's timing are 2. They have even not given my salary not only mine there are many more teachers who have experienced same. 8 teachers where there who left the school in 2months you can get an idea with this that how bad is there treatment with us.

Bangalore Bachpan a Play school franchise head Jayalakshmi Venkatesh aburu ma'am and Ecity branch director Deepa ma'am both are amazing persons, they value the importance of teachers, and most importantly Bachpan skol curriculum is really a child centric curriculum whr each child gets exposure their upcmg future.

It's a complete package of early childhood school and it's strengthen the staff activities and knowledge through training and exposure, so i like to working in this place.

Dislikes

Of my 5yrs of experience I had never face any difficulties so i don't have to share my disliking in this field.

It is a school for small childrens and we love the kids doing different activities , learning in play way method,role play, field trips, annual Day etc ,all working staff work together with good culture

The company is always ready to accept or adopts new technologies and ideas. And the working environment was really very good. I also like the employee rehire policy here. Even the directors, principle and teachers are really coopeartive. And my experience was really very nice.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
