...l be against you. They won't teach you anything and blame you for tiny mistakes. The salary is bad. There are no facilities, no bonus, no culture.

...re hiring illiterate and rude people who don't have any work ethics or anything. This company doesn't care about the worker, it will hire anyone and make them work like crazy and provide very poor salary.

Salary credits on time and appraisal is ok. Rest a good platform to experience different international brands.

Learning in the comapany is almost zero. No trainings and skill development. High conspiracy and Politics leads to less job security. Work culture is not so well no appreciation for the hardworkers.

Work environment is not at all safe and the management favors the people who have connections with higher authorities, even though they are a menace, have non professional behavior and are aggressive in nature and who are addicts and have criminal record. The environment beacosme very negative and too much politics and gossips. There is absolutely no value for people who are performers. The company has financial and operational issues.
