... after working hard average promotion takes 4-5 years. No compensation parity. Some people are overloaded with work some enjoy free time with high salary.

Good pay scale , benefits , conference within India , monthly liquor quota, Saturday off & get exposed to newer environment get to learn lot of things.

No Job Security, lot of paper work & work load , no team handling job u yourself has manage yourself , promotion only received after when u get older, Top management doesn't treat you well , & this is family company for just name sake .

... people dream to work.. lovely company every employee and management is helpful.negotiate on salary during joining only..yearly increment is 10-15 percent only 😀.Gratuity is considered as part of CTC.
