Dislikes

1. They fire employees, without any email. They just remove all data from laptops and it is upto the person to understand that he/she is fired. 2. Higher management has no vision. 3. Continuously lied to the India team that there won't be any layoffs. 4. Fired 90% of the UK stuff in mid-2023, then fired everyone in the US by giving them a few hours time. Fired India teams without even informing them. 5. The CEO went into hiding when the company started sinking.

The experience will highly depend on your team. the work-life balance is generally pretty good. your colleagues are generally very smart people

Dislikes

they are not too stable. 3 relatively large layoffs within 4 years managers are rotating too quickly it can be hard to progress with career, but you will work on pretty good tech stack.

With the pandemic we were able to go work from home which was great.

Dislikes

No career progression, you had to apply for everything which is understandable but you could see favoratism was active. I tried reaching out to many departments for work experience but i had no replies unfortunately. Management was not great at all. Politics involved in every corner. Innovative company but the systems are old and they crash very often
