Likes

The environment was good enough. Student in my block ware very good and always use to listen what I use to guide them. Even the senior management ware very supportive. That was the reason I worked with my seniority and did my best to serve the instructions.

The job security is not there in the instructions. Though I worked very hard and did my best. No students and no management ever complained on my work. Even I took very less leave and salary was also average but when I was not in the city and could not reach the instruction on the day instruction called me. The very next week management asked me to Regine. Now I don't have any source of income and I don't know how will I look after my family. As now I have turned 56 I won't get any other job to survive.
