Initially everything seems good but from last 1 year a lot of office politics has been faced. A lot has changed since the middle layer of management has come into the picture they only favour there known ones else everyone is just work donkey's for them without even appraising their hard efforts they put in to drive the delivery. No recognition, you will always be asked to stay quite if you speak up you will be forced to resign.

You get opportunities to take initiative. But at your own risk. If anything goes wrong everyone is gonna talk about it and laugh at your failures

1. Culture: People are made feel toxic here doesn't matter what you do in any department. 2. Leadership: Every co-founder has different business goals. Mostly opposite to each other. Never Inclined towards the same goal. 3. Favouritism: If you are fav. to the leaders, you'll rule. No matter if you're an expert or not. 4. Girls get an advantage if they are close (Personally) to the top mgmt. 5. You'll be teased by everyone 6. Egoistic management and people 7. Bought Gr8 Place to Work to hide the reality of Wrst place to work 8. You might be offered for Smoke up sessions 9. You'll be expected to work on sat and sun. will be harassed if you deny 10. No work life balance Pro tip: Keep a distance from the top mgmt. They'll suck your life You can confirm all the pointers mentioned above from any employee

Employees treated as owned properties Pathetic work life balance, expected to work 24*7 No empathy for anyone except the people close to the management Work can come anytime in 24 hours..even if you are just going for dinner or going to sleep Say goodbye to family time just expect to grind all day Hire fast fire fast company,no job security at all

Worst company I had ever joined. Managers expections are never clear. You will be harassed to an extent that you will be left with only one option i.e to resign & if you want to continue further then you will be asked to chase the managers, if you do not chase your manager & some so called seniors, they will extend your probation & every single day they will come up with new discussion & idea to degrade you, demotivate you, even you will not going to find any good colleagues, they're bunch of uneducated people sitting at Quality Team & Management. Beware of these people please guys, Monikonkona Saikia, RJ Prakash, Pooja (training & quality). No facility, even for lunch there is a Dhaba kind of thing which remains so hot that makes it impossible for me to have anything there. No airconditioned. Office washroom is so dirty that made me ill
