Work culture is not great , employees are not treated good. Not expected to take leaves which are right of employees. They like to terminate people based on their own personal preferences and don’t accept if any one resigns. Lot of bias action. Not at all a worthy place to work

As Raghu Sir says, it's a family company. An amazing place to work. If someone have to build a career in staffing then it's a nice place to start and learn. Thank you Baanyan for giving me the opportunity to work and to enhance my skill.
