No Quality Life, they provide housing in factory back side is Waste dump yard " Too Much Smelly" 7. Do not leave your job to join in B5 , No job security If you want to work 1 years only , you can try But do not think long term nor family there. 8. They fired people with out any reason , they like YES SIR approch only. 9. 12 Hour working ,strict Even meeting on Sundays. 10. If you lives in good society do not go , B5 is just a slum type area. 11. They only focus to increase his business , No body cares for employee quality life and Living standards. 12. 4-5 Old employees control whole company, even they don't have experience of new business and try abnormal concepts and the failures goes to mangers.

The company is fast growing with wide spectrum of business development and will give more employments to both expatriates and locals. The respect & trust you get from management and freedom to work in your style for getting better results.

The 2 year contract is a long period should be at least one year. Also yearly increment and yearly bonus required to boost the employees.

Salary Time period is very good and no delays in salary.

Working culture is not upto the mark, without salary no any another benefits even after complete 2 years of working period not getting leave salary.
