I'm 2018 working on b.u.bhandari, the enthusiasm to work in the beginning has not remaining for the last 2 year's earlier work was done with a smile, now it's not. Equal treatment is not given. Some speakers here hope that they're only busy filing their own pockets, they don't owe anything to others.

my personal is salary not growth against working because many employee not working near b.u.bhandari branch so work and life balance not maintain and hardworking employee deserve company growth and post.

Salary comes on time. But don't expect any incentives from them. Upper management likes to play politics and the people in lower order suffer from the politics played by them

Dislikes

The incentives given by them is too low and merchandise given by ather to sales people are also not given to their employees upper management takes it all and the criteria for incentives are kept so that that the sales and service people can't complete. The upper management is WORST, work environment is extremely TOXIC. It's so toxic that even the managers were not able to stay for 6 months. I worked there for 1 year and I have seen 1 general manager 3 branch manager 1 marketing manager who left the job due to extremely toxic, political, and not having mental peace. The people who work in goudown and the people who work in back office think themselves as the CEO of the organisation(Ultra EGO). This people also have the backing of upper management so I personally think to avoid this organisation.

People in BUB are so lovable , one of the best experience in my career healthy and happy atmosphere in office. They celebrates all the festivals together is the best thing. Best place to work and grow
