...chitecture Department. Policing by fellow faculty members appointed by the head. Last month salary will not be given. If you are lucky you will get relieving letter!

It was a good college until it is under the affiliation of Anna University. After becoming a university, the management started running the university purely in business motive.

Dislikes

Sick environment, Worse admin, irresponsible management. Increment and promotions are given only to those only who are close with the HR and VC.(Even they are not eligible). The Malaysian VC who is treated as a toy by their personal Assistants..His expectation is, everybody has to praise him. Everything is done for the documentation purpose only (for getting NAAC and NBA). No proper system is followed for promotion/ increment/ resignation. you may be forced to resign the job and leave the college in 3 or 4 days. Don't join the university. you will lose your peace and there will be no growth in the career and knowledge. As a nutshell, dictator system is happening. The research scholars position is really pathetic. The guide may resign at any time . They have to find second/ third guide.

Disliking is not the question here. I like to do my work. If anyone isn't intrested in his or her work they'll start disliking it eventually. The environment here is great and i like to work here

Working hear as an Non teaching staff yields terrible experience. A Non teaching staff cannot expect respect from teaching staffs. Teaching staffs will get their work done from NTS but they neither appreciates nor recommends our work towards management for better hike in the salary. Appraisal for NTS will not be based on their hard work but it is a fixed increment of Rs. 250 or Rs. 300 only.The positive points are an employee will get more holidays, CLs and ELs'
