This is not company, it is contractor & Salary nearly 1 month late, 100% MD involvement in work, PM behaviour is not good / unprofessional, No leave on dewali type festival. when any one resign , there is no guarantee about pending salary. Don't expect Any appreciation.

...comment ko jhuth Manta tha but when I was joined, then I realised it was true. No written salary discussion on offer letter, after joining bolte hai 3 month k baad appointment letter denge usme salary mantion hoga, Bhai khaha Aisa rule hai. Joining k paladin Mr. Md bolte hai ki 15 din apka performance dekhunga, iss company ko mera taraf se BIG SALUTE.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Mene apni life me isse bakwas company nhi dekhi MD agrwal har kaam me Involvement dikhta h pura project free me hi kar re h 15 din staff ko pressurise karke Torcher kar ke bhaga deta h MD ko baat karne ki tameez nhi h staff se bohot jyada badtameezi se baat karta h
