No written salary discussion on offer letter, after joining bolte hai 3 month k baad appointment letter denge usme salary mantion hoga, Bhai khaha Aisa rule hai. Joining k paladin Mr. Md bolte hai ki 15 din apka performance dekhunga, iss company ko mera taraf se BIG SALUTE.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Worst company i have ever seen in my professional career, MD Aggarwal is not a good person, he is mentally disturbed he has ego problem he treat his employee like a gulam and he torcher his employee mentally, I suggest to everyone who is going to join this please don't join this company if u join this company your life will become hell.

Bahut he Bura Management hey , without Interview aapko bula lenge or Gulam ki taraha treat krenge. MD ne fake Civil engineering kiya hua hey use kuch bhi technical samajh nahi aata hey. He has Ego problem and Mentally sick hey. Apne Dusmon ko bhi is company me nahi bhejna.

Working environment is not fit for Civil Enginner. daily 18 hours duty krna padta hey , or Engineer ko mentally torcher kiya jata hey.

A very worst company, never go with this company, bilkul gulam ki tarah treet hota hai, har 15 din me ek engineer join karta hai fir chhor deta hai , saal me side hi agar 50 engineer aaya aur 15 din me hi chhor ke chala jata hai to company ka free me Pura project complete ho jata hai
