Nothing no on time salary no increament no facility just pressure on work

Dislikes

HR dept is only for name they don't do anything for wellfare no facility only work and work limited manpower so always double duty and no incentive for overtime

Job location is near my native place.

Dislikes

...ethics to run the company, manpower harassment and exploitation at work place. Salary is very poor not as per the industry norms. Job insecurity. No skill development.

BLA working culture is very good we feel always like a boss of the company, never work pressure.but at present some company issues with the govt and we feel insecurity now, hence we are finding new opportunities towards our future only.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
