No relieving doc given by company, if resign not within three years, they pressurized to pay bond money else shouted for legal action and untill that your relieve documents not issued.

Every employees must have three month notice period. But if u join this company they pressurized to join in a month. I think it's enough to understand

MD has very good knowlegde regarding all departments but he doesnt take decision independently

Dislikes

Everything is ok but only 1 lady there from QA department is terrible the company works only on her (ungli par nachna) and no one cares regarding the outcome
