No system, no leader, no vision, no goal, no growth professionally as company growth itself is in reverse direction, no learning, no team building activities, no trust on employees by management. MD never see people. Connect with only 2 or 3.quick decision of her can turn your life to nothing. Zero employee benefits. No team outings. Unfortunately recently politics entered as well, to survive u need to be in one group else u will be targeted.

Dislikes

Being mechanical company with manufacturing facility, it has to be outside city limits. Hence, those who leave in west and south bangalore, travel time is high. Major energy is drained in traffic and travel on everyday commute.
