No job security, they won't pay you, they will make you work but won't pay you, they are rude, arrogant, will shout at you and abuse you for no reason. Everyone is walking on egg shells around Rajesh Bhasin. He will come and start shouting at you. He will disrespect you and make you feel worthless. it's better to stay unemployed than to be employed at a company like this, it will give you depression, in return you will not even get your salary. People who have been working there for so many years will pretend that they will help you in case of need but they won't. They too along with their CEO will take advantage of you. They all say really bad things about the company and Mr. Rajesh, please as soon as you hear them run away, don't waste your time.

Employee can learn how to work from the Owner , The Owner is dinamic Person and very Smart.he know's how to take work from the employees.

Salary Deduction at the time of pandemic and employee benifits are very poor.

When i joined this company the environment is good company had a goodwill in market, there were a team for every department but now a days most of the employees left the company cause no work environment and no growth.

Mr. Rajesh Bhasin is the CEO of the company, there decisions i never like. He never motivate the employees or their work who is working for the years to run the company. His management is very poor who operate accounts and HR. Companies Payment never done on a particular date. Mr. Rajesh Bhasin has no callibre how to talk to employees. He treat the employees like a servant.
