The only drawback was as there was toom much documentation, no time for social life, hence minimal work - life balance.

Likes

Love the environment. The student teacher ratio is low which allows teachers to focus on work better. The school pays really well if you have good negotiation skills. Lunch is offered which helps a lot. Transport service is provided from CSMT and Churchgate.

Unequal distribution of work and pay

They treat the teachers and all other staff as humans and that's outstanding. The director, the principal and down the row everyone is so approachable and down to earth. Huge respect.

Dislikes

Not as such But more concession in fees should be given to teachers childern.

The collegial environment is excellent and marked by high cooperation. The school policies are teacher friendly and promote personal and professional growth and development through regular inter and intra school professional development sessions as well as training programs. Professional integrity is highly admired providing a secured and friendly working atmosphere to the professionals.
