Likes

The best part working with BDG was work and personal life balance. They never force their employees to stay late nights to complete the project or the work assigned. Work environment is very friendly and supportive.

Dislikes

The Carrier growth in BDG is very slow. After working for 3 years here I didn’t get any promotion or increment. Also they assign other works than the job profile.
